Ocean Food is proud of its Japanese heritage offer products to celebrate Japanese holidays such as the New Year. To bring in the Japanese New Year with good luck, we have Tokujyo (steamed kamaboko) available. The Tokujyo is available in the festive Japanese New Year colours of red and white. We also sell date-maki, a sweet rolled omelette. Made with a special blend of egg and hanpen, a soft fish kamaboko, the date-maki easily slices, creating a beautiful spiral appetizer to ring in the New Year.
